I sent you a note recently about the Fat Bullfrog Group Advisory I’m launching …

Then someone gave me some amazing feedback:

“I understand the idea, but what do I actually get?”

Fair question.

Before, I explained why I created the advisory, but I didn’t do a very good job explaining what happens after you join.

So here is the practical version.

We currently have three calls scheduled each week:

  • Tuesday, 4:00 to 5:00 PM AST: Strategy Call

  • Thursday, 9:00 to 10:00 AM AST: Hot Seats and Teardowns

  • Friday, 12:00 to 1:00 PM AST: Working Lunch with a rotating topic

On the strategy calls, we’ll work through the decisions and constraints affecting growth.

During hot seats and teardowns, you can bring me something from your actual business and have me assess it with you.

The Friday calls give us time to teach, work through a specific topic, and help you apply the Ecom Flywheel to your business.

Here’s the actual schedule for the next several weeks …

  • Tue 18 Aug • 4–5pm → Strategy Call: Product-Market Fit

  • Thu 20 Aug • 9–10am → Hot Seats & Teardowns

  • Fri 21 Aug • 12–1pm → Working Lunch: Metrics Review

  • Tue 25 Aug • 4–5pm → Strategy Call: Messaging

  • Thu 27 Aug • 9–10am → Hot Seats & Teardowns

  • Fri 28 Aug • 12–1pm → Working Lunch: Live Build

  • Tue 1 Sep • 4–5pm → Strategy Call: Offers

  • Thu 3 Sep • 9–10am → Hot Seats & Teardowns

  • Fri 4 Sep • 12–1pm → Working Lunch: Open Q&A

  • Tue 8 Sep • 4–5pm → Strategy Call: Acquisition

  • Thu 10 Sep • 9–10am → Hot Seats & Teardowns

  • Fri 11 Sep • 12–1pm → Working Lunch: AI Execution

You’ll also receive access to the group’s Slack workspace.

You can ask me questions there whenever you get stuck. I’ll either answer directly in Slack or, when the question deserves more time, bring it into an upcoming call so we can work through it properly.

Slack is also where you can ask for support implementing the things we discuss.

During your first month, my goal is for you to understand how The Ecom Flywheel applies to your business, identify what is most likely holding back your growth, and know what you should work on first.

Not 47 things.

The right thing.

The group is for founders and operators of D2C physical-product businesses already doing at least $1 million in annual revenue.

If you’re still below that, the problems you need to solve are usually different from the ones we’ll address here.

The group will remain small enough for every member to receive direct attention.

And since the group itself is new, there isn’t yet a folder full of testimonials from group members yet.

The group is new, but the work isn’t.

I’ve worked in ecommerce since 1997. I’ve helped hundreds of founders grow their businesses while continuing to build and operate ecommerce companies myself.

People like Ezra Firestone, Bernardo Faria, and Paul Horstmeier have spoken publicly about my work. Bernardo probably summed it up best when he said I can make something complex seem simple and obvious.

That is what I’m trying to make available here.

It is the same way of thinking, the same frameworks, and the same kind of help I provide to private clients, without requiring you to spend $7,500 or $32,500 a month to work with me one-on-one.

The regular price of the Group Advisory is $2,500 per month.

Founding members receive a private coupon code that brings the price down 60%, to $1,000 per month. The code is FOUNDING60 ...

Membership is month-to-month, and the coupon keeps your founding-member rate locked in while you remain a member.

You can learn more or sign up here … fatbullfrog.com … the signup links are about halfway down the page.

If you have a question I haven’t answered, reply and ask me.

There is a reasonable chance someone else is wondering the same thing.

Jeremiah

P.S. That code again for 60% off forever is FOUNDING60 … I’ll disable it once we hit a number that feels good.

100% Typo Guarantee … This message was hand-crafted by a human being … me. There was no review queue, no editorial process, no post-facto revisions. I just wrote it and sent it … so I can pretty much guarantee some typo or grammatical error that would make all my past English teachers cringe.

Anonymous Data Disclaimer … Most of my clients prefer that I not share the inner workings of their businesses or the exact details of the marketing strategies we develop. To share my proprietary intellectual property without compromising the sensitive nature of my relationship with them, I often anonymize what I share with you. This may include changing the specifics of their industry, what actually happened, or what we developed together. When I make these changes, I work to preserve the success principle I want to convey to you while obscuring sensitive data. This is necessary.
